We want you to love your OZMA pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
